Krix MX40

If you are looking for the ultimate in-wall speakers, this could be it. The MX-40 is the flagship system of the Series MX range. Featuring a 3-way design, it is capable of immense sound pressure levels while maintaining the absolute highest level of soundtrack reproduction.

If you are looking for cinema grade, then Krix might just be the solutions you are looking for. The MX-40 screen speaker system is the first in the Series MX range to incorporate a 3-way design – delivering an incredibly smooth, consistent and compelling experience that encompasses the true dynamic power and clarity of real cinema sound. Much like the MX-30, the MX-40 is best suited to larger home cinemas that are five to fourteen metres in depth. The new 3-way design features a dedicated high frequency compression driver and newly engineered 152mm midrange driver, both coupled to a brand new single-mould, dual-horn system that has been developed by Krix over three years. Principle benefits of the horn are a uniform, constant directivity pattern, improved frequency response and extremely low distortion, even when pushed to extreme sound pressure levels. The 380mm bass drivers are made from a high stiffness paper cone, with a 75mm voice coil for increased linear excursion and a powerful vented magnet assembly lowers distortion. Each of the two subwoofers contain a 455mm driver with 100mm voice coil, dual spider and vented magnet assembly for clean, tight and powerful bass that you’ll hear… and feel. The MX-40 is the first Series MX system that is bi-ampable and incorporates two pairs of binding posts per speaker module. The patterned acoustic material on the front baffle gives the unit a refined style and increases the overall surface area of absorption. For the ultimate cinema experience at home, play it through Krix. Did we mentioned that our local GSC & TGV cinemas were using Krix speakers? Krix MX30

Designed for larger dedicated home cinemas with an acoustically transparent screen, the MX-30 will deliver your favourite movie soundtracks with supreme definition and accuracy, right through the picture and into your seat. Larger bass drivers and compression high frequency drivers provide an extended frequency response at higher sound pressure levels.

Featuring commercial cinema components, the Krix MX-30 provides a crisp, clear, realistic sound, with such power and precision it will make your hair stand on end. Created for larger home cinemas measuring five to fourteen metres long, the MX-30 features five modules, all of which are the same height and slim-line depth for easy installation into one cavity. The front baffle of each module is covered with an acoustic absorbent material to absorb any sound reflecting off the back of the screen or the room itself. This assists greatly with the acoustic treatment of the room to ensure better intelligibility and overall sound performance. The main speakers utilise a single 380mm, high stiffness, paper cone mid-bass driver with a 75mm voice coil for increased linear excursion, and a powerful vented magnet assembly designed to lower distortion. You’ll hear a pin drop and a booming soundtrack crescendo with equal clarity. High frequencies are handled by the Krix patented 90 by 40 degree short throw horn, driven by a high frequency compression driver. Each subwoofer also contains a massive 455mm driver with 100mm voice coil, dual spider and vented magnet assembly. With every aspect scrutinised to deliver the most faithful reproduction of your movie soundtrack, the Krix MX-30 will allow you to truly feel the on-screen action. For the ultimate cinema experience at home, play it through Krix. For more information of this product, call or text 012 220 6659

New innovative, practical, and space-saving technology in luxury high-end audio is gaining more visibility in residential and commercial buildings. As a luxury audio specialist, we emphasize the importance of incorporating audio systems from the very concept stage of any build. Here, our in-wall speakers are installed in a luxury custom-built living hall design in a vertical orientation. Our high-performance in-wall speakers deliver coherent, clean, and detailed sound from a cabinet that fits into almost any standard wall or panel. The speaker cables and amplifier are neatly hidden. The concept is for the audio system to blend in as part of the luxury interior design while reproducing high-resolution music playback at the same time. In this case, our clients simply launch Spotify or other apps to play music. These speakers also come with a white grille (cover) that can be spray-painted in any color to match the décor.

Contrary to popular belief, a high-performance audio system does not necessarily have to be played loud (although it certainly can be). Our audio system is primarily designed to reproduce high-resolution quality, delivering every subtle nuance and detail even at low volumes. This makes it highly suitable for hotels, commercial buildings, corporate offices, VIP lounges, showrooms, and residences. Our custom-installed audio system is designed to work with commercial-grade Wi‑Fi and uses an advanced iOS- or Android-based app to control music and zones. It looks good and sounds good.

Our audio systems are powered by high-performance NAD amplifiers and DACs, perfectly complementing luxury interior design. This is the advantage of our advanced amplifiers. The electronics in our audio system run on the BluOS platform for multi-zoning and future-proofing with firmware updates. Our audio system allows the user to control all music zones with an iPad — that's right, just an iPad. Wilayah AV Equipment has bagged the HIGHLY RECOMMENDED award for BluOS products. Contact us for more information regarding BluOS multi-zone systems. We specialize in in-wall speakers for the design and build of home theater systems in Malaysia.
